ABOUT US
A Bachelor degree in Marketing and Finance combined with 20 years in Real Estate Sales and other property related industries has provided me with the ideal combination of skills to bring to the successful marketing of real estate. In addition, over the years I have personally bought, sold, renovated, redecorated and landscaped more than 20 properties. I have built new homes and subdivided existing properties. Which means that I have a wealth of first hand experience in most aspects of residential property – experience that is available to you. Perhaps more importantly, it means that I have had the experience of being in your shoes as a purchaser or vendor of property on numerous occasions – so I have an intimate understanding of the problems faced by vendors and purchasers. Over the years I have dealt with literally hundreds of real estate salespeople – most of them only once! Why only once? Because most of them were more focused on solving their problem – and not my problem! Buying or selling real estate can be a frustrating experience.
